You pick a Mellem Live credit bundle through an annual subscription. Essentials, Growth and Scale run 1, 2 or 4 sessions per month at £150, £125 and £100 per session. Custom plans start at 5+ sessions per month from £85 per session. The Mellem App is an optional add-on at £5 per active user per month. Extra one-off Live credits can be bought at any time for £150 per credit.
One credit buys one 15-minute Mellem Live session for a team, led by a certified Mellem guide. Any team lead can book. Subscription credits refresh monthly.
The Mellem App is an optional add-on at £5 per active user per month. An active user is someone who completes at least one session in that month. You can roll it out to the whole organisation and only pay for the people who actually use it. No seat licence, no minimum.
Calendar data and individual session history never leave the user's device. The small amount of org-level aggregate data we collect (total session counts, anonymised engagement) is stored in UK / EU regions. Pulse survey responses are anonymised on collection.
Yes. You can buy extra one-off credits at any time for £150 per credit, on top of your subscription.
Yes. Annual contracts don't auto-renew without confirmation. If Mellem isn't the right fit at the end of the term, you walk away clean.
