Mellem is intentionally small. The Mellem App runs quietly in the background on Mac and Windows. Mellem Live is scheduled into your team's calendar at a cadence that works. Here's how the rollout comes together.
Book a callMellem is architected to be easy for IT to say yes to. Read-only calendar access. All personal data stays on the device. Nothing sensitive is ever sent to our servers. MDM-friendly on Mac and Windows. We're happy to join the security review call, answer questions, and hand over the one-page technical overview. Because the surface area is small, this stage is usually the quickest of the rollout.
Once IT has signed off, the app is pushed out across the organisation. MDM, individual install, or both. It runs quietly in the background from day one, starting to notice the real gaps in people's days and offering short pauses in each one.
We agree a cadence with you. Whatever works for the team. A single recurring calendar invite is sent to everyone, fixed in the diary. The decision about whether to join has already been made. The first live session is led by a certified breathwork coach.
Mellem Live becomes the anchor. The Mellem App fills in the small pauses between. Team leads can extend the practice to more teams, or adjust the cadence of live sessions as pressure rises and falls across the year.
Every three months we send a short anonymous survey to the organisation, analyse the responses, and share a short findings report. That's how you measure whether it's working: by asking people how they feel, not by counting clicks.
Book a 30-minute call. We'll walk you through the rollout in detail, answer procurement questions, and help you decide if a pilot makes sense.
